Return & Refund Policy

At Maison Celeste, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as when you received it
Unworn or unused
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Please do not send any items back without contacting us and receiving return approval first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if:

Your item arrives damaged
The item is defective
You received the wrong item
Your order is missing an item

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and find an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Opened or used perfumes and beauty/personal care products
Personalized or custom-made products
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Sale or promotional items
Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size, or product, the fastest option is to return the original item, subject to our return conditions, and place a new order for the item you would like.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.
