Shipping policy
Maison Celeste ships worldwide from the United Arab Emirates via Aramex. Any applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so the amount shown at payment is the final amount you pay.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GST) are prepared and dispatched on the same working day within Dubai. Orders received after 12:00 PM, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping costs
Enjoy complimentary delivery across the GCC on orders over AED 500.
For orders under AED 500, as well as all international orders, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout according to your delivery destination. The complete shipping cost will always be displayed before your order is confirmed.
Customs, duties & taxes
Maison Celeste takes care of applicable customs duties and import taxes at checkout.
This means there should be nothing additional to pay upon delivery. Your order will not be held because of outstanding customs charges, and there are no unexpected fees waiting for you at your door.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Fine fragrance is considered a regulated product for air transportation, which means certain destinations may have restrictions on fragrance shipments.
If your location is not eligible for delivery, we will contact you directly and arrange a full refund of your order.
