Purchase & Cancellation Policy

Each order is prepared with care and begins its journey once confirmed.

Once an order has been placed, it can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided that it has not yet been processed or shipped.

After an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that once a perfume has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and product-safety reasons.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the country where your order is delivered.
